These terms apply to end users who book services through Book24Seven from businesses that are our B2B partners. Book24Seven operates solely as a booking platform and is not responsible for the sale or quality of services provided by our B2B partners. Any terms specific to the services booked will be determined by the service provider.

Limited Role of Book24Seven

Book24Seven facilitates appointments but is not involved in any agreements between you and the service provider. For service-related inquiries or issues, please contact the service provider directly.

Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment systems like Stripe, PayPal, etc. Each service provider determines payment terms, including rates and billing. Book24Seven does not directly handle payments and is not responsible for any payment disputes. Contact the service provider with payment concerns.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by each service provider. Review the cancellation terms when booking to understand refund options or fees. For example, some providers may offer free cancellations if made within 24 hours of the appointment. Contact the service provider for specific cancellation or refund questions.

Use of Third-Party Systems

Book24Seven integrates with third-party systems (e.g., Stripe, Google Calendar) to streamline bookings. By using these systems, you agree to their respective terms. Book24Seven does not manage third-party systems and is not liable for any related issues.

Data and Privacy

Communication

By using our services, you agree to receive electronic communications such as booking confirmations, reminders, or service updates. SMS notifications are provided through third-party providers like Twilio.

All platform content and features are owned by Book24Seven or its licensors. Do not use, copy, or distribute any platform content except as necessary for booking purposes.

Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for securing your login information. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Book24Seven is not liable for unauthorized account use due to negligence.

Limitation of Liability

Book24Seven provides a booking platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of services booked. Book24Seven is not responsible for disputes with providers or any payment-related issues. Our maximum liability is limited to any service fees paid directly to Book24Seven.

Termination of Use

Book24Seven may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds for services not yet provided by the service provider.
