How to Manage Appointments in Book24Seven

Editing an Appointment

  1. Use the search bar or filter options to locate the appointment.
  2. Click the options icon (⋮) next to the appointment.
  3. Select “Edit” and update:

Exporting Appointments to CSV

  • Click “Export to CSV” to download your appointment data.

Deleting Appointments

  • Single Deletion: Click the options icon for an appointment, then select Delete.
  • Bulk Deletion:
    • Use checkboxes to select multiple appointments.
    • Click the Delete button at the bottom.
