If you want to manage gift cards in an online booking system, Book24Seven gives you everything you need to create, issue, and track digital gift cards. Customers can redeem them when booking services, helping you attract new clients, encourage repeat visits, and simplify payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing the Gift Card Management Module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your Book24Seven<\/strong> admin dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the Gift Cards<\/strong> tab from the sidebar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1: Click \u201cADD GIFTCARD\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Once created, send the gift card code<\/strong> to the customer via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Book24Seven does not currently support selling gift cards directly online<\/strong>. Use external platforms, or manually sell from the shop to manage purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Enable Gift Cards as a Payment Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      To allow gift card usage during booking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to Settings > Payment Settings > Payment Methods<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Enable \u201cGiftcard\u201d<\/strong> as a payment option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click \u201cSave Changes\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. At the payment step of the booking panel, the customer enters their gift card code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        3. If the balance covers the full cost, the appointment is confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. If not, the customer is prompted to pay the remaining amount using other payment methods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
