Book24Seven, an appointment booking software and platform, is provided to you or the entity you represent (hereinafter \u201cyou\u201d or \u201cyour\u201d) by Book24Seven Oy (hereinafter \u201cBook24Seven\u201d). By using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms for Partners in addition to our General Terms of Service<\/strong><\/a>, which govern your use of Book24Seven and its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates to these terms, which may be communicated via email or platform notifications. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed or use Book24Seven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These terms apply to any partner who creates and manages a booking system on Book24Seven\u2019s platform, where \u201cpartner\u201d refers to any entity or individual offering services or products for booking by end users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Platform Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Book24Seven platform provides a customizable booking system to help manage appointments, payments, and customer interactions. Book24Seven supports service-based businesses, including professional services, rentals, and more, but is not intended for mass event ticket sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subscription and Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Trial and Subscription<\/strong>: Upon registration, partners receive a 30-day free trial of the Pro package with full platform access. No payment is required during this trial. To continue beyond the trial, select a subscription plan via your dashboard. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancellation must occur before renewal to avoid additional charges. See [pricing link] for current plan details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation<\/strong>: Cancel anytime through the dashboard. Service remains active until the billing cycle ends, after which access to platform features ceases. No refunds are offered for unused subscription periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Referral Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Partners may earn commission on referrals. Details on commissions, eligibility, and conditions are available in the partner dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment Solutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Subscription Payments<\/strong>: Partners are responsible for managing their subscription payments to Book24Seven. Payments can be made via Stripe or PayPal, and by using these services, partners agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Payment Processing<\/strong>: If partners choose to accept online payments directly from their customers, they must establish and manage accounts with payment processors, such as Stripe or PayPal. All customer transactions are subject to the terms, transaction fees, and payout schedules of the respective payment processor, as outlined in these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternative Payment Options<\/strong>: Partners have the flexibility to offer additional payment methods, including on-site payments, invoicing, or gift card payments. These options can be configured through the partner\u2019s control panel and provide versatility for partners who prefer not to accept online payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marketing and Promotion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Partners are free to promote their booking services. Book24Seven reserves the right to display public information from partner booking pages (e.g., service descriptions, pricing) on the platform and in promotional materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compliance with Data Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Partners are required to adhere to GDPR and relevant data privacy laws, and are considered data controllers in handling customer data. Please maintain a privacy policy outlining your data practices. For details on Book24Seven\u2019s data security, refer to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third-Party Applications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Book24Seven integrates with select third-party applications to enhance functionality. Access to these requires partners to review and agree to each third party\u2019s terms of service. Book24Seven is not liable for third-party applications and reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove access as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SMS Notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

SMS notifications are available through Twilio, included in certain subscription plans. Using this service constitutes agreement with Twilio\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Communications and Compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Partners must use platform communication tools (email, SMS) responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited actions include sending spam or unauthorized messages. Book24Seven reserves the right to monitor communication activity for compliance. Violations may result in suspension or termination of account access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Termination of Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Book24Seven reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a partner violates these terms. In cases of termination, platform data and account access will be disabled, and no refunds will be issued for remaining subscription time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Book24Seven will strive to ensure secure, uninterrupted service. However, Book24Seven is not liable for service outages, data loss, or other issues. Liability is limited to the current billing cycle’s subscription fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Helsinki, Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
